How does Lumis collect and use your personal data?
Lumis collects your personal data when you contact Lumis, send an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, or if you agree to receive our Newsletter. These personal data include your first name, your surname, your email address, the company you work for, your employment position and any other information from which you can be identified from.
The personal data that Lumis collects from you is then used to contact you, and in case you agree to receive our Newsletter, this personal data will be used with your permission for our own advertising purposes and is stored for internal use only. Lumis collects only the data it needs to manage these activities (principle of minimization). Your data are not provided to or shared with third parties. Please note that you can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by clinking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Lumis Newsletter. The personal data you provide to Lumis will be archived or stored periodically according to backup processes and will be retained for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected.
