Big Faces of Lumis and Team Moves

If we took a team picture at the beginning of 2025 and compared it with today, the difference would not only be in the number of faces. It would also be in how clearly each person knows what they contribute and how those roles connect across Lumis. This piece is a small snapshot of that change in people, not in org charts.
This year, our team has not only grown, but it has also become more defined in how we work together. With Domingo Rodriguez joining Finance in July 2025, we gained someone who quietly brings order to numbers, invoices and closing routines. In Business Development, Stella Vu keeps opening doors and conversations, making sure Lumis is visible and approachable to sponsors who may only have heard our name in passing. On the operations side, Mahua Chatterjee has become a steady point of contact in day-to-day follow-up, making sure actions do not get lost between emails and time zones. And in the background of many of these movements, Nasim Moradi, as team assistant, is often the person who makes sure information, meetings and small but important details actually find their place.
Around this group, our senior colleagues hold the frame. In Operations, Frauke Bach is our Senior Project Manager and the person many sponsors associate with Lumis when it comes to running a study. She keeps projects moving, balances expectations on all sides and is often the first to translate a complex situation into a practical next step. In Regulatory, Liam Spencer acts as Senior Regulatory Project Manager, taking responsibility for the bigger decisions, weighing options with clients and making sure our regulatory advice is consistent and defensible. From Contracts and Proposals, our Head of Contracts and Proposals, Andrés Aguilar, has assumed this role during 2025, connecting scope, price and responsibilities so that what we sign reflects what we can deliver and what our teams need to plan for.
Some of these connections became very tangible when we met in Barcelona during our summer event. People who usually meet only on screen worked side by side, discussed real cases and aligned on how Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Business Development and Contracts can support each other more predictably. The result is not a new slogan, but a quieter change. It is easier to know whom to call, what to expect and how our individual roles contribute to the whole.
We also introduced Mr and Mrs Device at MEDICA, a small internal joke with a serious background. Our growing presence in the medical device field comes from years of specialized work, not from a single conference. Mr. and Mrs. Device simply put a face on that momentum and remind us that even in a highly technical area, we are allowed a dry smile now and then.
We close the year with a clearer structure and a team that is better connected across functions. This is possible because people did the work, and because our CEO, Heike Schön, consistently backed the decisions needed to get here. We also recognize the trust and support of our shareholders, who give us the room to think long term. With that foundation, we can step into next year with a realistic level of ambition and a team that is ready for the next stage of Lumis’ growth.
