This privacy policy outlines how Lumis processes personal data collected through the website.

By processing, Lumis means the collection, use, storage, deletion and otherwise access of personal data. What establishes Lumis’ data obligation to you?

How does Lumis collect and use your personal data?

Lumis collects your personal data when you contact Lumis, send an email to info@lumisinternational.com or info@lumisconsult.com, or if you agree to receive our Newsletter. These personal data include your first name, your surname, your email address, the company you work for, your employment position and any other information from which you can be identified from.

The personal data that Lumis collects from you is then used to contact you, and in case you agree to receive our Newsletter, this personal data will be used with your permission for our own advertising purposes and is stored for internal use only. Lumis collects only the data it needs to manage these activities (principle of minimization). Your data are not provided to or shared with third parties. Please note that you can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by clinking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Lumis Newsletter. The personal data you provide to Lumis will be archived or stored periodically according to backup processes and will be retained for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected.

Google Search Console

Lumis uses Google Search Console (GSC) to optimise the google search performance of our website and troubleshoot any technical issues. GSC does not use cookies. When a Google service is used, the data for this service is collected directly by Google. Google provides Lumis in turn with access to the analyses and evaluation of the Google data. Google Analytics

Lumis uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google. Google Analytics assists Lumis in gathering analytics and statistical data. The information gathered does not identify any individual visitor. The information is aggregated and therefore anonymous. On Lumis’ behalf Google processes this information to analyse the usage, create reports on the activities, and provide other services related to internet usage for us. Statify
